1) Dorsey Not at Combine
The absence of Glen Dorsey is a disappointment for most keen to evaluate him. Whilst he probably wasn't going to do all the drills, for interview and medical evaluation purposes it was an important time. Why isn't he here? Word is his Grandmother has just passed which is unfortunate. The chance to allow his injuries to further heal won't hurt Dorsey, but with his stock already seeming to slide, it may impact on draft day. Question is, how will Sedrick Ellis respond.
2) De'Angelo Wants Out
D'Angelo Hall the talented but outspoken CB/PR from Atlanta is keen to exit the Falcons organisation. Look for a huge number of potential suitors, including plenty who might sacrifice a mid-late first round pick for a young superstar corner, especially those who were going to draft one.
3) Williamson on Trade Block
Former top 10 pick Troy Williamson who has been a big disappointment with the Vikings is also on the trade block, with plenty of interest. Look for the Redskins, Cowboys, Eagles and Jets to make a play for him. What would he command? Maybe a second round or swap in draft order.
