1) Eli Feeling Super

It's hard enough being a QB in New York, but when you have Manning bloodlines it is even tougher. Eli now will surely have the critics off his back leading his Giants to the huge upset Superbowl win, Manning collecting the Superbowl MVP title along the way. It will be interesting to see how he follows this up.

2) Giants Defense my MVP

The Giants O finally got them there, but it was the Giants D, with a great scheme, and outstanding individual performances from Strahan, Umeniyora and Tuck who were all over Brady all day. What a great performance.

3) Retirements loom

Expect the Superbowl game to spark some retirements from within the two teams. Strahan, Rodney Harrison, Junior Seau, Tedy Bruschi are all earmarked to leave the game and the result, although not how they would have wanted to finish, could prompt the moves.
