1) I'd like to announce I'm declaring for Cal
That is what one ambitious young HS senior has done, choosing Cal over Oregon. Problem is, neither Cal nor Oregon even offered him a scholarship...hmmm. I might just use this opportunity to reveal my choice of Michigan.
2) Belichick Bashed...
The media is onto him again, after his early exit at the Superbowl. His arrogance has long been documented, but it seems this is the worst offense yet for the majorly successful coach. I think it wasn't ideal, but at least he dropped by to see Giants Coach Tom Coughlin on the way out.
3) Redskins making decisions
Steve Spagnuoulo will have the momentum after leading the Giants great defensive efforts, but Jim FAssel remains the top to take over the Skins job. In Redskins related news, former Head Coach frontrunner Gregg Williams will take on a great post as D Coordinator in Jacksonville, where Mike Smith departed to lead the Falcons.
