1) Quinn Gray Doing the Circuit

As suggested earlier on this blog, Quinn Gray, the former jags backup QB is getting a look in Green Bay as the backup to Aaron Rodgers. The matchup makes sense and is probably a safe bet for the Pack. Gray is also being courted by Oakland who would be keen for Gray to backup JaMarcus Russell. Not sure which option is better for Gray, but both are good situations, and perhaps Green Bay offers hope of more playing time with Aaron Rodgers and his propensity for injury.

2) Carr Back on a Roster

Prior to last season I made some bold claims about David Carr and what he could do in a new environment. I was advocated Minnesota as a good destination pre-draft but ultimately he ended in Carolina where I still thought he had a shot. Well, I was wrong. But maybe as backup to Eli Manning in NY is the place for Carr. Coughlin has had great success with QB's and maybe can get some stability for the former #1 overall pick. This would give the Giants to #1 overall Qb's on the roster.

3) Gholston Still Rising

After tearing it up at his pro day the momentum has continued for Gholston who had private workouts with the Dolphins and Jets. Many have considered the Jets as a good fit and possible destination, but the #1 overall pick? That would be huge.
