Andre Smith is the second offensive tackle off the board at #6, drafted by the Bengals. There seemed some debate over whether to take Smith or Monroe, but Smith appears to have the greater upside and he was considered a prospect for the top pick until the combine and pro-day disasters.
It appears now that the Raiders and Jags have their pick of Raji, Monroe or Crabtree. All three fit the Jags needs, so whatever falls through Al Davis' cracks is there for the taking.
Some discussion has come up over Eugene Monroe's knees as to why he has slipped to third OT.
