Eugene Monroe was considered a top 5 pick. It was a miracle he lasted to number 8 and he made Jacksonville fans (the committed - not the flighty 'we want Crabtree' type) very happy.
Monroe will be given the chance to start at RT with Tra Thomas at LT for now, before Monroe can take over. Already, David Garrard is a better player. They can look for a WR in the second round.
