WR Solidify in First Round

Tennessee selecting Kenny Britt of Rutgers has completed a 5 strong WR group in the first round. Last year there were none, this time there are five. The WR needy teams are many, but the success rate of WR in the first is not high. Did the Titans make a reach pick? Surely he is not in the same league as Hakeem Nicks who went one pick earlier.
